My name is Ian M. , my flight#UA1363 Las Vegas to Los Angeles 7:21am flight Final destination Manila Philippines.Jan.03 2024 that was 3 days ago. The date in my final destination is Jan.06 2024 Philippine time just got home last night. United airlines las Vegas was so unorganized that cause everyone caos & inconvenieces for all the passengers on that day. Started when we board the plane we have to stay 1hour half in the plane before they can make a
decission that the plane was out of order and unable to fly to Los Angeles causing me to miss all my connecting flights going overseas. They finally decided to change plane after 1hour and half. We finally have a plane and it was a raft take off to las Vegas and a bumpy land to Los Angeles. They told us to proceed to United airlines agents for all connecting flights and they only have 2 agents to assist us the line was long. The lady agent was yelling in her lung telling a group of Japanese passengers to go to gate 67 for next boarding to Narita Japan their not very customer oriented. The agent helping me is a older guy was giving me all the option available and when I pick what he offer me was not available. I have stay there for a while, finally book me for new flight Korean Air 10:45pm. I asked him about my luggage he said he retrieve it and re-route it to Korean Air and I thanks him for helping me out. But It was a lie about my luggage because untill now I dont have my luggages. Before I left Los Angeles I asked Korean Air agent to make sure they loaded my luggage but they did not. I have to call United Airlines again to make sure they load it. I spoke to United Air incharge for luggages its a Indian guy accent he said he will call somebody to make sure it was loaded. When I got to Korea I went to talk to Korean Air agent about my luggage he said its in the process of loading to final destination. I reach my final destination waiting for luggage never show up. Korean Air agent told me that my luggage is just arriving in Korea. Korean Air agent promise me to deliver my luggages today. I been wairing same shirt for 3 days. Hopefully my luggage arrives soon. I been flying years I never experienced something like this, you can make your reservation as perfect as posseble but when the airlines mess up your plans its a worse experience. When you pick
your airlines your put in your trust and expect them to provide you with the services standard. In the future I will not pick to fly United Airlines. Hopefully United Airlines management will do something to improve there services for better experienced.
United Airlines delay all my connecting flight overseas for miss management. Lost my luggage.
