Please advise your Oakland, CA gate agents as to how to use the PA’s accurately, as they make concourse announcements for every announcement; Introductions, boarding, etc. – literally every announcement is over the entire concourse/Terminal 1 verses Local Gate announcements. These announcements are also a lot louder than they need to be. Thank you.
