I wish to make a formal complaint regarding the continued disinterest/lack of assistance and general disregard you have shown in returning our luggage to us.
We arrived last Sunday 7 th January, on the BA flight from Gatwick airport, during your 4 day strike.
After waiting for over 6 hours ,one of our cases appeared on the carousel but not the other one, which contained most of our equipment for the cycling/walking holiday we had planned.
It is now halfway through our holiday and despite 2 trips back to the airport to try to gain access to OUR luggage, there appears to be no one willing to release it.
We have logged our property as “missing” as requested, although it is not missing , it is simply waiting to be released by your staff, who are extremely unhelpful when we have asked for resolution. There appears to be no one actually processing anything when we have been back to the airport, this really is an unacceptable level of managing this ongoing situation.
How is this going to be resolved? What is your plan to return our property to us ?
