One thought on “Hawaiian Airlines FUK Terminal – Fukuoka Airport”
I wish to give a special shout-out to the wonderful gate agent, Hirayama San, who helped us out greatly at Fukuoka Airport a few weeks ago. Not only was she very helpful in getting my friend who was in a wheelchair into a comfortable seat, but then, when I was pushing the wheelchair (with my friend) through the very crowded security line, I left my coat there by accident — and it was only when I got to the gate and was boarding the plane that I realized something was missing —- not only my coat but also my cell phone! The plane was due to take off very soon and Hirayama San was so wonderful. She called all over the airport. I think she even searched the restrooms. The Hawaiian Airlines gentleman who pushed the chair for us at the Hawaiian Airlines pod also went and searched. (I did not get his name but he was also helpful.)
Anyway, 2 minutes before the plane was slated to leave, Ms. Hirayama came running up to us — already on the plane — with the coat AND the phone. We were very grateful and bowled over by her kindness compassion and expertise in helping us find the lost coat and the lost phone. People like this are just one more reason why I love Hawaiian Airlines and I am very, very grateful to her for her excellent work. What a relief. Thank you Ms. Hirayama San.
Very sincerely and gratefully yours,
