Good morning,
On November 19th I had a bad experience with a frontier employee, when I arrived to the counter in Atlanta she told that my husband’s and my backpack were carry on, without size in the box you have in the airport, but we didn’t know about that, so she took from us two hundred dollars, the amount was seventy five each carry on, but we gave her two hundred in cash, because she told us that in cash was cheaper, then she gave us a card with it supposed to be the rest of our money, we took our train to the concourse, and there other employee told us that the card had not money, and that our backpacks weren’t carry on, and we didn’t have time to go back to tell who was the girl, so the other girl told us to write to customer service, but there they told us that we had to say that directly to a frontier counter in an airport, so we talked with the Miami manager, he told us he would solve our problem in seven days, but it is still without solving our problem, he told us that we would have a refund, and we are waiting for it, I think the girl in Atlanta just took advantage from us that we don’t speak well English, but there are prove you can see the airport camera on November 19th from 7pm to 7:20pm and you can see us when we pay to the girl and all the movements, we never thought that an airlines employee could do that, that’s why we trusted her, and we want a solution for our problem please.

Right now my daughter coming back from Miami with same bag she went with was ripped off 100.00 for same bag. She was not allowed on plane till she paid. What a fucking scam. I will get that money back. Never fly frontier for rest of our life. Done ! Pieces of shit !
