  1. I would like to make a formal complaint. On November 7th, I was ignored not once, not twice, but three times and refused wheelchair assistance by three of your wheelchair employees. I almost missed my flight. Each time an employee came to assist me while traveling with my one year old baby, I was turned away and refused. It was only when I pretended to be a Muslim and not a Jew, as you can clearly see with my last name on the ticket the Arabic man agreed to assist me. I have never felt in fear or shame for having a Jewish last name. This antisemitism from your airline employees caused my son and I to nearly miss our flight.
